How do I place an order?
You choose between the “discovery formula” with turnkey meals or the “personalized” formula which allows you to choose your dishes and their variations. For the latter, you are delivered from 5 meals ordered.
What are the delivery times and areas covered?
We deliver between 1 and 2 times per week depending on the volume of your order and deliver to French-speaking Switzerland only (cantons of Vaud, Fribourg, Valais)
Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or lactose-free options?
We have a selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Please inform us of any allergies, intolerances and ingredients to avoid via the order notes in the dedicated area or send us a form for any additional requests.
For Wednesday delivery, please order by 11:59pm CST on Saturday.
For Friday delivery, please order by 11:59am CST on Tuesday.
How to reheat dishes?
The meal can be reheated in a frying pan or in the microwave by removing the lid.
Where do the ingredients used in your dishes come from?
We source 100% halal certified French meat and our vegetables come from local market gardeners.
How to cancel or modify an order?
For any request to modify or cancel an order, please send us the request by email or via the contact form.
What is the shelf life of the dishes?
Our dishes can be kept for 3 days in the refrigerator from receipt and 10 days in the freezer.
What are the payment options?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards as well as Twint.
How much does delivery cost?
